💼 About This Role

You'll join a small design team to ship AI-powered sales tools used by Hubspot and Rippling. You'll own the end-to-end design process and work directly with founders and engineers in a hypergrowth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process from concept to execution.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain a design system for platform consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years crafting innovative consumer products.
• Mastery of visual craft: typography, color, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
