💼 About This Role

You'll join Vanta's Corporate Engineering team to support employees' day-to-day technology needs and design scalable operational workflows across our international offices. As the first point of contact for our London team, you'll ensure every Vantan gets stellar support regardless of timezone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior regional owner for IT operations in London
• Support onboarding, offboarding, access management, and asset lifecycle
• Define and implement IT policies with focus on security and scalability
• Manage installations and configurations for company-owned macOS devices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT operations experience
• Hands-on SaaS administration (Google Workspace)
• Experience with identity and access management (Okta preferred)
• Supporting macOS environments and distributed device fleet

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jamf device management
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows
