You'll build and maintain Figma templates and toolkits that support speed and consistency for global creative teams. You'll help automate workflows using AI tools and plug-ins, ensuring scalable, high-quality output. This role focuses on execution within systems, not one-off design work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Figma templates and toolkits
• Support setup of new customer accounts with existing systems
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Adapt Figma designs into Canva or Adobe templates

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma including components and auto layout
• Working knowledge of Figma Buzz for scalable multi-format creative
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Template and design system experience for automation-ready workflows
