You will maintain the safety of employees, guests, and clients at AEG Presents events by patrolling, observing, and documenting. You'll also assist with customer service and respond to emergencies. Your role is crucial to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain security officer license and Guard Card
• CPR and AED certification

Responsibilities

• Patrol venue and monitor activity
• Control access points and verify credentials
• Assist with ejecting disruptive guests
• Escort artists, VIPs, and employees
• Respond to fire alarms and medical situations
