Description

You will manage cross-functional teams through innovation loops, shaping project goals and driving healthcare IT innovations. You'll assemble teams, secure approvals, and cultivate stakeholder relationships to accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• 2+ years of healthcare IT experience
• Startup or entrepreneurship experience desired
• Experience with business contracts and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Shape goals and approach for innovation projects and adjust each loop to fail fast or graduate quickly
• Assemble part-time employee teams and secure management approval for their time
• Conduct regular management reviews and ensure visible findings for each innovation loop
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with internal stakeholders for innovative ideas
• Work cross-functionally to establish a sustainable operating model for accelerating innovation
