💼 About This Role

You'll join Unity's first line support team as the initial point of contact for all employees, diagnosing and resolving IT issues across Windows and macOS environments. You'll ensure everyone can use their IT equipment and software effectively, collaborating with internal teams on new technology solutions and identifying areas for improvement. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to ITIL best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents in Freshservice helpdesk following ITIL procedures
• Support collaboration tools including Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Maintain end-user computing assets like laptops, printers, and A/V equipment

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate IT support or helpdesk
• Proficiency in ITSM tools like Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments
• Knowledge of MDM technologies such as Autopilot, Intune, or SimpleMDM

• Networking and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• SaaS administration experience (user provisioning, access control)
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
