You'll join Insify's executive team as COO, building the operational backbone for European expansion of this AI-powered insurtech. You'll own operational excellence, market entry, financial leadership, and cross-functional execution to scale from scaleup to market leader. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design operational infrastructure for customer operations, claims, compliance
• Lead European market entry strategy and local team building
• Own financial planning, reporting, and capital allocation
• Build and lead cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, Legal

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior operating experience in high-growth tech/fintech
• Proven track record scaling a company through revenue growth and geographic expansion
• Owned P&L with financial discipline and capital allocation expertise
• Led multi-country expansion in Europe with regulatory navigation
