You'll oversee industrial security for a cleared facility under the NISP, ensuring compliance with DCSA requirements and safeguarding classified information. You'll manage personnel clearances and maintain the Facility Clearance Level in good standing. This hybrid role offers direct impact on national security missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
• Manage personnel security actions using DISS and NBIS.
• Maintain FCL and coordinate with government sponsors.
• Lead self-inspections and DCSA security reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of industrial security experience.
• 2+ years of classified operations experience.
• Completed FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities course.
• Proficiency with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NISS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SCIF/SAPF construction and accreditation.
• Experience with subcontractor security management.
• Knowledge of Insider Threat and OPSEC programs.
