๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll provide hands-on technical support to users across Kaseya, partnering with the IT Service Desk team to resolve issues quickly and sharpen how the team operates as the company grows. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software incidents while ensuring service levels are met.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot hardware incidents in computers, peripherals, and networking
  • Install and configure new hardware and software for end users
  • Diagnose and resolve software incidents across M365 and business applications
  • Take ownership of L1 and L2 issues and restore service quickly

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an end user environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management
  • Comfortable handling daily account operations including user setup and password resets
  • Associate's degree, or 2+ years of IT experience in lieu of a degree

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or related field
  • Active Directory experience (user and group management, hybrid identity)
  • Familiarity with security tooling (2FA/IAM platforms, malware remediation)
