💼 About This Role

You'll help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation and guide them in transforming data questions into queries. You'll solve complex problems and serve as the voice of the customer to drive product development. This role is fully remote with a focus on async collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Talk to users to understand their goals and challenges
• Help customers design and optimize Metabase implementation
• Guide customers in sourcing, transforming, and querying data
• Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with product teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years writing production code, administering systems, or managing databases
• Strong SQL skills
• Expert in at least two: web app development, infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP), or database management

• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools
• Experience working for an open source product
• Fluency in multiple languages
