You'll oversee daily mailroom and reprographics operations in a professional client environment, managing shipping/receiving, copy/print production, and customer service teams. Your core impact will be ensuring client requests and production deadlines are met accurately and on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, package handling, and courier coordination.
• Manage reprographics and print production services including copy, scanning, binding.
• Monitor and maintain mailroom and reprographics equipment and supplies.
• Supervise onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and workflow coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in mailroom services
• Prior hands-on experience in reprographics or copy-print services
• Experience with shipping/receiving and production printing equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
