💼 About This Role

You'll join Octopus Energy's Sensitive Care team in London, supporting financially vulnerable customers through debt solutions like bankruptcies and IVAs. You'll help customers regain stability and control, working closely with internal teams and external partners like insolvency practitioners. This internship is part of a programme aimed at increasing Black representation in the energy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process formal insolvencies on Kraken platform
• Liaise with insolvency practitioners and debt advice organisations
• Monitor and respond to internal team queries
• Maintain accurate records of sensitive customer information

📋 Requirements

• Passion for supporting financially vulnerable people
• Strong emotional resilience and empathy
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or debt advice
• Knowledge of insolvency procedures
• Familiarity with Kraken platform
