💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy offline perception modules for autonomous trucks using sensor data. You'll drive labeling quality and mentor a team to create high-fidelity annotations. Work with cutting-edge ML infrastructure on a mission to transform freight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy detection, tracking, and fusion modules for offline annotation.
• Develop ML models with disciplined software processes and version control.
• Define and implement ingestion, curation, and governance of large datasets.
• Measure and track auto-labeling quality to meet internal customer requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, robotics, or related with 6+ years experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Expertise in active learning and pseudo-labeling for computer vision.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D object detection, tracking, sensor fusion, or semantic segmentation.
• Experience with large-scale MLOps frameworks (MLFlow, Weights & Biases).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS data infrastructure and vector databases like LanceDB.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (OpenGL, Foxglove).
• Cloud development skills with Terraform and AWS managed services.
