You'll join Agoda's People Team to deliver insightful analysis on People data and support strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with Finance and People stakeholders on budgeting and workforce planning, driving process improvements. This role offers relocation to Bangkok and a chance to work in a fast-paced, global travel tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver insightful analysis and dashboards on People data
• Support operational budgeting and workforce planning
• Provide financial analysis commentary on month-end KPIs
• Act as trusted advisor to Business Partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years experience as Data Analyst
• 2-3 years practical experience with MSSQL and Tableau
• High level of discretion and ethics

• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
