• Provide timely issue resolution to clients and advisors
• Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements
• Analyze census data to determine eligibility
• Perform annual non-discrimination tests
• Prepare Government Forms and coordinate with auditors

📋 Requirements

• College degree or 7+ years retirement experience
• Minimum 3 years in account manager role
• QKA designation or willingness to attain
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications
