💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the infrastructure of Picnic's fulfillment centers and last-mile hubs in southern Germany. You'll manage launches, lead a team of facility managers, and drive process optimization. This role offers direct impact on operations and significant career growth in a rapidly expanding company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee all facility management for FCs and hubs in southern Germany
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ facility managers
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or related field
• 5+ years of full-time experience including leadership experience
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Valid class B driver's license and willingness to travel within region
