💼 About This Role

You'll support mobile app operations as a Business Analyst, coordinating between business and development teams. Your work will ensure functional requirements are tracked, validated, and delivered within Agile/Scrum sprints. This hybrid role offers exposure to app store processes and digital metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track functional requirements and business requests
• Manage and update backlog of initiatives and pending items
• Coordinate activities between business, development, and QA
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Systems, Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in digital projects, mobile apps, or Agile
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial products, loyalty, or mobile apps
• Basic knowledge of App Store and Google Play publishing
• Familiarity with digital metrics and adoption tracking
