You'll support the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly reporting with an emphasis on variance analysis. You'll develop and monitor key business performance metrics to facilitate financial and strategic decision-making across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly P&Ls and dashboards with variance analysis
• Assist in annual operating and capital budget preparation
• Create financial models for analysis and consolidation
• Respond to senior management ad hoc requests

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative field
• 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
• Experience with ERP and Planning systems
