You'll lead high-impact technical initiatives and grow our channel partner ecosystem at Verkada, an AI-powered physical security leader. You'll own programs end-to-end, drive data-driven decisions, and build processes for scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical programs end-to-end from strategy to deployment
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and streamline processes
• Lead a small team of program and ops specialists
• Build and scale channel partner processes and present at events

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field
• 7+ years managing technical programs in cloud, security, or SaaS
• 3+ years directly leading people
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience with global or regional partner programs
• Familiarity with enterprise security products and cloud technologies
