Description

As a Performance Strategy Consultant at UM, you will develop and execute integrated media strategies that drive tangible growth for clients. You'll analyze market trends and data to translate insights into actionable plans, while representing UM as a thought leader in the industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic role within media, advertising, or related field
• Excellent analytical skills: ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to inspire and persuade at all levels
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with passion for building strong media brands

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality strategic guidance for existing and new clients with focus on media strategy and performance
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and translate into concrete strategic plans
• Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and UM's vision
• Shape and execute strategic projects including cross-channel and data-driven strategies
• Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and client data to provide strategic recommendations
