💼 About This Role

You'll shoot high-volume video ads for DTC brands at LA's largest performance creative agency. You'll collaborate with strategists and use performance data to optimize your content. No advertising background needed — we teach the strategy side.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shoot 5-10 pieces of content per day across various DTC brands
• Create content for categories like haircare, beauty, skincare, and more
• Shoot and edit fast iPhone content and B-roll
• Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others

📋 Requirements

• Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required)
• On-camera experience or UGC background
• Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

• Created content that drove real results (sales, sign-ups, engagement)
• Experience working with brands or in fast-paced environments
