You'll lead reset & remodel projects and manage nightly store operations to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll train with a peer mentor and develop a high-performance team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty, assuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Utilize on-demand resources to support ongoing projects.
• Physically monitor project results to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand Plan-O-Grams and schematics to complete projects.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years in service industry with supervisory experience.
• Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
