📋 Requirements

• Proven track record designing and shipping impactful ML algorithms.
• Deep expertise in applied ML for Search/NLP/IR/RecSys.
• Machine learning background in Python.
• Ability to influence long-term strategy and roadmap.

• Experience with explore/exploit/MAB algorithms.
• Familiarity with LLMs and causal inference.
