🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a data science team on ML, generative AI, and LLM projects
• Manage team delivery with clear milestones and effective stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and security teams on strategy
• Contribute to generative AI and LLM roadmap including agentic workflows

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in data science
• At least 4 years in a leadership or team management role
• Proven experience managing high-performing data science or ML teams
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and data science frameworks like PyTorch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
• Background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields
