💼 About This Role

You'll join Semperis' Technical Delivery team to troubleshoot technical issues and provide stellar customer service on security and identity products. You'll shape product development by relaying customer feedback to management and R&D. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in one of our offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of 1–2 Semperis products
  • Monitor support queue to meet SLA requirements
  • Create knowledge base articles regularly

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in enterprise IT or software organization
  • Active Directory hands-on experience
  • Customer-facing role as support engineer or administrator
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities

✨ Nice to Have

  • Infosec experience
  • Identity and Access Management experience
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365
