You'll join Teya's sales organisation to drive growth in your territory. You'll build relationships with small businesses, meet customers face-to-face, and use consultative sales to win new business. This field role offers comprehensive training and a supportive team.

- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in your territory
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs and build trust
- Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve targets
- Share field insights to improve products, messaging, and processes
๐ Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
- Confidence building relationships and engaging new customers
- Strong organisation and time-management skills in a field environment
- A full UK driving licence
