💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region, establishing Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation. You'll engage with senior stakeholders, delivering tailored AI-led solutions around collaboration and knowledge management, and be the local voice of the customer to influence product strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to renewal across enterprise accounts
- Engage C-suite and IT leaders to develop AI-led collaboration solutions
- Deliver product demos and business cases addressing multi-department pain points
- Negotiate commercial terms and partner with cross-functional teams
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with six-figure SaaS deals
- Proven success selling into large multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in under-penetrated markets or as first rep in-region
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or greenfield environment
- Understanding of SaaS consolidation or workplace transformation
- Knowledge of localizing go-to-market messaging for diverse markets
