💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region, establishing Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation. You'll engage with senior stakeholders, delivering tailored AI-led solutions around collaboration and knowledge management, and be the local voice of the customer to influence product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to renewal across enterprise accounts
  • Engage C-suite and IT leaders to develop AI-led collaboration solutions
  • Deliver product demos and business cases addressing multi-department pain points
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partner with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with six-figure SaaS deals
  • Proven success selling into large multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience in under-penetrated markets or as first rep in-region

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or greenfield environment
  • Understanding of SaaS consolidation or workplace transformation
  • Knowledge of localizing go-to-market messaging for diverse markets
