Description

You will own the strategy and outcomes for a major new product line at Karat, leveraging interview infrastructure to serve new markets. Lead from concept to scale, define vision, and drive execution across cross-functional teams to build a category-defining offering.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 through launch and scale
• Deep comfort operating through substantial ambiguity
• Ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple functions
• Experience building products for enterprise buyers (engineering leaders preferred)
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product strategy for a new strategic initiative
• Lead initiative from concept through launch and scale
• Partner with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver enterprise-grade experiences
• Drive alignment across multiple functions and senior leaders
• Set prioritization direction and influence decisions across peer teams
• Serve as product voice in executive customer conversations
• Shape how interview dataset is leveraged for differentiated value
