Description
You will drive market success for ServiceNow's Moveworks AI products by supporting strategy and solution wins for specialty solution areas. Collaborate with account teams to help customers envision digital transformation value, coach team members, and align territory planning with Now Value principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Travel required: 30-50%
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and account use case targeting
- Provide input to AE during account planning based on territory strategy and recommendation
- Help customers envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategy with account team and partners
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities
- Customize time allocation of responsibilities to territory and account team needs and celebrate successes
