• Establish engineering best practices across SDLC, testing, and production readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 14–18 years of experience in IT services/consulting with AI/ML delivery.
• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML platform architecture and implementation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud AI/ML ecosystems.
