💼 About This Role

You'll manage MRP planning for all parts at Rocket Lab's Tucson site. You'll quarterback the supply chain team, ensuring material flow for production. This role directly impacts space missions by maintaining inventory and production schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage demand, supply, and fulfillment planning within MRP
• Maintain bill of materials and master data in ERP
• Release purchase planning messages and work orders on schedule
• Update demand for engineering changes and communicate to procurement
• Generate visibility reports like line of balance and shortage reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years total work experience
• Proven ability to produce material line of balance and conduct clear to build reviews
• Proficient in MRP systems
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, with math and statistics skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, EV automotive, or other disruptive manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with AS9100, US export controls (ITAR and EAR)
