You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they successfully adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide customers through setup and configuration
  • Manage customer data migration processes ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Log and track customer needs and issues using internal CRM systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple customers
  • Experience working with clients across levels including senior decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms
