💼 About This Role

You'll operate day-to-day revenue operations at an AI-native cybersecurity startup, owning the GTM tech stack, pipeline analytics, and quote-to-cash workflows. Your work will directly shape scalable processes for a high-growth company backed by top-tier investors. This is a foundational role as the first dedicated RevOps hire, giving you meaningful ownership and impact from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce as GTM system of record.
• Own weekly pipeline and forecast cadence and reporting.
• Build and maintain scalable quote-to-cash and CPQ processes.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows across GTM.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Proven experience owning Salesforce administration end-to-end in a high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline mechanics and forecasting methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with large data sets.
