Description

You will co-manage APAC post-trade operations, ensuring reliable trade capture, settlement, and control across multiple venues and brokers. You'll partner with internal teams and external providers to drive process improvements and support new business onboarding in the region.

Requirements

• 10+ years post-trade operations experience in buy-side, sell-side, or clearing institution
• Experience managing an operations team with APAC regional scope
• Deep knowledge of post-trade lifecycles for Equities, Listed Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income
• Strong understanding of APAC market structure and clearing/settlement practices
• Excellent project management and business analysis skills in financial operations

Responsibilities

• Co-manage APAC clearing team, overseeing day-to-day operations and team development
• Own post-trade workflows: trade capture, confirmation, allocation, settlement
• Manage external relationships with Asian exchanges, clearing members, prime brokers, custodians
• Lead onboarding of new products, markets, brokers in the region
• Drive process improvements, automation, and control enhancements
