💼 About This Role
You'll own the entire sales cycle for an applied AI lab building Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth and product feedback for early-stage to enterprise customers. This role stands out for its close collaboration with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced AI startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive revenue, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation
- Navigate layered customer organizations, including C-suite, Tech and AI leaders
- Develop strategies for sourcing, demoing, and closing opportunities
- Understand customer technical pain points and qualify best use cases for Devin
📋 Requirements
- Track record of selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers
- Technical experience as software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer
- Thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Exceptional ability to learn complex technical problems
✨ Nice to Have
- Previously founded a startup
- Sourced and closed large, complex enterprise software deals
- Were a software engineer or sales engineer, or studied computer science
