Description

You will perform configuration identification, control standards, release management, and intellectual property analytical work in the Future Long Range Assault Project office, supporting Army Aviation acquisition efforts by researching data rights and analyzing CDRLs to ensure proper technical data access for weapon system sustainment.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of IP analysis experience, including 3+ years of data rights assessments
• Familiarity with FARS/DFARS, Army Directive 2018-26, 10 USC 2320, DoDI 5230.44, 5010.44
• Experience working IP/Data Rights in a government acquisitions office
• Knowledge of US Army staffing process and procedures

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate CM requirements into acquisition strategies, life cycle sustainment plans, and systems engineering plans
• Support Army Aviation acquisition to obtain technical data at necessary data rights levels for organic sustainment
• Assess data rights assertions in the technical data package to identify program risks
• Support development of intellectual property strategies to secure government data rights
• Review configuration control activities and government furnished information markings
