You'll lead backend engineering efforts for a major financial services client, designing robust systems and guiding delivery of modern digital products for buy-side research analysts and portfolio managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and build of backend services using modern engineering techniques
• Design, document, and plan technical implementations and deployment strategies
• Act as hands-on engineer and architect, setting engineering standards
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive delivery and build trust

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience building complex commercial-grade software systems
• 5+ years leading Agile teams
• Core backend development skillset, ideally C#/.NET
• Experience designing holistic technical solutions and deploying into production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in wealth management, structured products, or end-to-end trading workflows
• Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience with Java and/or Python
