Description

You will provide legal support for corporate affairs, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations in the AdTech/MarTech industry. You'll work closely with global teams, primarily in Japanese, with some involvement in Chinese and English.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B)
• Fluent in Japanese and Chinese, JLPT N1 or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year legal experience in Japan (law firm or in-house)
• Willingness to learn in AdTech/MarTech industry
• Japan and/or US bar certificate (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Liaise and give accurate legal direction to global colleagues on commercial activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to sales, vendors, partners, licensing, and marketing
• Apply and streamline corporate legal procedures and processes
• Conduct research on legal issues impacting AdTech/MarTech business
• Work allocation: 60-70% Chinese/English, 30-40% Japanese
