You will drive partner recruitment and enablement for Constructor's all-in-one education platform. You'll analyze markets, build partner pipelines, and manage relationships to drive sales growth in the EdTech sector.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Native Arabic
  • 5+ years channel sales or partner account management in software
  • Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Experience with SaaS business model and EdTech market
  • Proficiency with HubSpot preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make territory analysis and planning to identify potential partners
  • Search for EdTech providers and build outreach lists
  • Engage, activate, and enable new partners with sales and marketing tools
  • Train partners on products and develop relationships with decision makers
  • Generate sales pipeline through account mapping, campaigns, and events
