Description

You will negotiate, place, and maintain local video and audio buys for clients, collaborating with strategy and client advisor teams. Your work ensures media investments are managed effectively and partner relationships are developed.

Requirements

• 1+ years Media experience, preferably as Partnerships Associate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid negotiating skills and experience collaborating with Strategy and Communications Design teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Knowledgeable in media math and proficient with MBox or equivalent Inventory Management system

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and assist in preparing presentation materials
• Collaborate with teams and external partners to train associates
• Place, confirm, and monitor media buys, manage added value and promotional executions
• Execute day-to-day account activities including stewardship and discrepancy resolution
• Develop media partner relationships, negotiate pricing and added value executions
