💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize Replit's social media follower acquisition and conversion across mobile and web. Your core impact will be scaling a 0-to-1 conversion program across Twitter/X, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define social strategy: voice, content pillars, channels, cadence, and growth loops
• Execute narrative campaigns: launches and multi-week arcs with measurable outputs
• Engage community: replies, quote tweets, relationship-building with major accounts
• Produce content: write punchy posts, threads, memes, and explainer content

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of social media experience at high-growth companies
• AI-native with a track record of growing accounts in AI or B2C tech space
• Elite copywriting: concise, witty, incisive for memes and narratives
• Deep understanding of AI tools and agentic content workflows
