You'll lead automation maintenance for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Provo, UT. You'll build and scale a team of controls technicians, driving reliability excellence on cutting-edge robotics and PLC systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and mentor a team of Controls Technicians and Shift Leads.
• Develop data-driven initiatives to minimize equipment downtime.
• Serve as escalation point for critical machine downtime and root-cause analysis.
• Design and audit Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs using CMMS.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in industrial controls or automation engineering.
• 4+ years in direct management or senior leadership.
• High-level proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Expert ability to read complex electrical, pneumatic, and P&ID drawings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or TPM experience.
• Advanced Fanuc/ABB robotics programming certifications.
