🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate data needs into scalable data models.
• Build and maintain core dbt models transforming raw product data into canonical datasets.
• Own metric definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting.
• Establish data quality standards and testing for freshness and reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering in high-growth environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt designing modular, scalable data models.
• Advanced, performant, and maintainable SQL skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust data pipelines and metrics.

• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Omni.
• Strong product mindset understanding how metrics influence product direction.
