Description

You will lead HV Engineering, Development Engineering, and Estimating teams to derisk the development pipeline and maximize project value. This cross-functional role requires deep technical and commercial expertise to drive design and estimating strategy across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of solar/BESS design, codes, and EPC construction
• Cross-functional management skills
• Understanding of commodity and labor pricing
• Self-motivated in remote environment

Responsibilities

• Lead HV Engineering, Development Engineering, and Estimating teams
• Oversee design and cost engineering across entire pipeline
• Develop and maintain in-house estimating tools
• Support project diligence and manage external consultants
• Communicate technical risks and opportunities to executives
