💼 About This Role

You'll join FloQast's Professional Services to deliver high-quality implementations of our accounting workflow automation platform. You'll own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, partnering with accounting teams to design effective system configurations. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Lead structured discovery to understand accounting workflows and close processes
• Design and configure solutions aligning with customer needs and platform standards
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple customers

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or client-facing consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting and close processes
• Experience managing client-facing workstreams or projects

• Experience in a consulting role within a SaaS environment
• CPA or related professional accounting certification
