🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage contract drawings from start to finish.
• Coordinate project schedule and deadlines with Project Manager.
• Provide construction administration services including site visits.
• Conduct code searches and analysis for local, county, state, federal.
• Review RFIs and submittals for consistency with project drawings.

📋 Requirements

• Architecture License
• 10+ years of experience in Architecture
• Experience on Life Science or Science & Technology projects
• Well-versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
