💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end development of features for a production SaaS platform using Ruby on Rails. You'll work in a remote-first agile team to improve performance and reliability. The role offers full-time remote work with a supportive global community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and enhance features across the full Rails stack
• Take ownership of problem spaces from design through release
• Refactor SaaS functionality for performance and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience with Ruby on Rails in production
• Strong experience with RSpec for automated testing
• Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, SASS)
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs with Rails

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
• Background in PostgreSQL administration and Active Record migrations
