Description

Lead the Core Data Engineering team at Afresh, owning the full lifecycle of customer data integrations from raw ingestion to delivery, while improving processes for faster and more reliable integrations. You'll drive execution across multiple products, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dataflows that power AI-driven fresh food ordering and reduce food waste.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong technical background in Python, PySpark, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and modern data platforms
• Track record of shipping high-quality data integrations or ETL systems at scale
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders
• Comfort working with messy, real-world data from enterprise customers
