Description

You will lead the design and development of next-generation high-power EV charging and energy conversion systems. Requirements

• M.S. in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering; Ph.D. preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on experience bringing power electronics products to market
• Strong expertise in AC/DC and DC/DC converter design and high-power hardware architecture
• Proficiency in embedded firmware development for microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs
• Deep understanding of simulation tools (PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE)

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of power electronics engineers, delegate tasks, resolve technical challenges, and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Lead architecture, design, and development of high-power AC/DC and DC/DC systems for EV chargers
• Oversee design of advanced soft-switching converters and multi-level grid-tied inverters compliant with regulations
• Manage end-to-end product development including system modeling, schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded firmware
• Implement advanced topologies such as LLC, phase-shifted full-bridge, and PFC with soft-switching techniques
