Description

As the Senior Network/VoIP Administrator, you will manage and support the L.A. LIVE Campus network and VoIP infrastructure. You will design and implement strategic plans, deploy Cisco VoIP systems, monitor system health, and assist with technical projects to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Senior level network/VoIP administration experience
• Expertise in Cisco VoIP and Call Manager
• Ability to manage telecom carrier orders and porting
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills
• Experience with infrastructure planning and project coordination

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic plans for infrastructure capacity
• Provision, deploy, and support Cisco VoIP phones and analog lines
• Manage Cisco Call Manager infrastructure and monitor system health
• Document telecommunications processes and update workflows
• Assist and train technicians, coordinate with Technology Services
